YUNGBLUD and Dan Reynolds Get Smashed By Cars In 'Original Me' Video: Watch

When YUNGBLUD properly announced his Hope For The Underrated Youth EP last month it naturally got fans worked into a frenzy, especially when they saw one of the tracks, "Original Me," features Imagine Dragons' Dan Reynolds. After announcing he was delaying the album a week to make sure it was "absolutely perfect" before releasing it into the world, the English rocker promised he'd make it up to fans by dropping something "mental" this week. And boy did he deliver!

On Thursday (October 10), the 22-year-old shared the video for his collaboration with Reynolds. The visuals star both singers in a junkyard, where they get smashed by broken down cars but pick themselves up again, a fitting metaphor for the song's message to outsiders — something both artists are skilled at portraying.

The six-song collection is slated to come out October 18 and also features singles "Parents" and "Hope For The Underrated Youth."
