Nicki Minaj issued a warning to her longtime tour DJ after he got a little too close to one of her fans.
DJ Boof recently thought he was on the brink of true stardom when he got a request from a fan to sign her breasts. He posted a photo of the moment to his Instagram Stories and thought everything was all good — until it wasn't. The Queen of the Barbz took to X on Saturday, May 26, and lashed out at Boof. She even threatened to replace him if she caught him doing it again in the future.
"I promise I’ll fire him if I EVAHHHHH see this again. Df," she wrote.
Nicki Minaj called out DJ Boof after she was detained by police in Amsterdam earlier that day. Before her flight out of Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, the Pink Friday 2 rapper was arrested by Dutch authorities for allegedly "exporting soft drugs." Minaj documented her run-in with police on Instagram Live. In the video, you can see her arguing with the police officer, who tried to force her inside a police vehicle.
“I’m not going in there. I need a lawyer present,” Minaj declared.
Eventually, authorities convinced to enter the vehicle and she was taken into to custody. The "Everybody" rapper was released later on and hit with a fine for $350. However, the legal ordeal forced her to cancel her show in Manchester, England. Minaj is currently on the European leg of her "Pink Friday 2 World Tour."
