‘The Umbrella Academy’ Season 2 Trailer Released

IT'S. FINALLY. HERE!

After weeks of teasing us, Netflix officially released the season 2 trailer for The Umbrella Academy on Wednesday (July 8) and there is SO MUCH to unpack.

The clip starts with Number 5 yelling for his siblings and asking “what the hell did we do now?” as he looks around at a very destroyed main street with tanks barreling through.

As it turns out, when the Hargreeves siblings time traveled to get away from the end of the world, they accidentally brought the end of time with them to 1963 — whoops.

Number 5 then has 10 days to find all of his siblings and stop the end of the world from happening… no pressure at all.

We then get a glimpse into what the other siblings are up to and they have surely been quite busy. Naturally, Klaus joined a cult and it looks like Ben is finally getting more screen time!

Since the crew managed to time travel to Dallas, TX in 1963, a historic moment will play a pivotal role in season 2: the assassination of JFK.

“Everything in our new life is connected to the plot to assassinate the president, that can't be a coincidence,” Diego said.

The trailer then flashes to different scenes we can expect to see in the new episodes and it looks like it's going to be one epic season with tons of new characters and incredible fight scenes.

But while there are plenty of new characters, we do get to see the siblings have a conversation with a familiar face: Sir Reginald Hargreeves.

Watch the trailer above to see it all go down and start the countdown to July 31!
