Our news and weather partner KCRG-TV 9 is reporting that a winter storm will move across the Plains and Upper Midwest this weekend. Most accumulating snow will start in Colorado and move through Central Nebraska, the Dakota's and Northern Parts of Wisconsin and Minnesota. In fact, areas north of Sioux Falls and Minneapolis could see over six inches of snow Saturday through Sunday. Areas to the south, including the state of Iowa will mostly see precipitation as rain. Any snow later Sunday into Monday will be light and we probably wont see much if any accumulation here. Yet, a half inch to an inch of rain is possible Saturday into Saturday night.
